Plaintiff Mid-Century Insurance Company (Mid-Century) appeals after the trial court granted summary judgment to defendant Elijah Perkins in a declaratory judgment action concerning Perkins's entitlement to underinsured motorist benefits under his automobile insurance policy with Mid-Century.
