OROZCO, Judge.

¶ 1 Defendant Tommy Earl Londo (Defendant) appeals his conviction for sale or transfer of narcotic drugs on the ground that his admission he swallowed crack cocaine was obtained involuntarily and/or in violation of his Miranda1 rights.
