¶ 1 D.G. (Father) appeals from the order entered April 20, 2005, adjudicating his 13-year-old son dependent and ordering that son remain in his stepmother's care. Father does not challenge the dependency adjudication itself; rather, he challenges the "no contact" provision that was added to the order ex parte after the conclusion of the dispositional hearing.
