The Court presently has pending before it "Plaintiff Perkins' Emergency Motion for Order Determining Whether ANICO May Divest This Court of Jurisdiction" (Doc. 23). The Court held a hearing on Plaintiffs motion on August 18, 2006. For the following reasons, the Court grants Plaintiffs motion in part.
