In this diversity contract dispute, Inter.Net Global and Inter.Net U.S. (collectively "Appellant" or "Inter.Net") appeal the district court's entry of judgment in favor of Dwayne Clanton, Jimmy Prince and Kent Marcus ("Appellees").1 Because under the relevant contracts Appellant did not assume the holdback obligation in issue, we vacate the district court's entry of judgment in favor of Appellees and remand with instructions...
