Patrick Mahoney ("Mahoney") sued Nokia, Inc. ("Nokia") for a violation of the Family and Medical Leave Act, 29 U.S.C. section 2601, et seq. (the "FMLA"). (Doc. 2). This matter is presently before the Court on Nokia's Motion for Summary Judgment and Memorandum in Support thereof (Does. 43 and 44, respectively), and Mahoney's Memorandum in Opposition thereto (Doc. 50).
