The defendant Yarik Francisco Vargas-Islas pleaded guilty to count two of the indictment that charged him with possession with the intent to distribute methamphetamine. The factual basis to this plea is that the defendant was driving a car on 1-70 highway when officers stopped him for a traffic violation and searched the car finding a hidden compartment in the trunk area that contained sixteen unmarked bundles...
