The Court now considers defendants Hamilton Sundstrand Inc. and Ratier-Figeac, S.A.'s motions to dismiss (Docs.15-16). Defendants contend that the first through fourth claims in the Complaint should be dismissed because plaintiff does not allege facts to support them.
