The prosecution appeals as of right the trial court's order dismissing defendant's criminal prosecution for breaking and entering a building with intent to commit larceny. The court dismissed the case after granting defendant's motion to exclude evidence of four white fingerprint cards, one of which contained defendant's latent fingerprint, on the ground that the prosecution failed to lay a proper foundation...
