("Cox"), the lone minority shareholder in Defendant News-Journal Corporation ("NJC"), initiated the instant action by filing a multi-count complaint against NJC, its officers, directors, and majority shareholder, PMV, Inc. ("PMV"), pursuant to sections 607.1430 and 607.1434, Florida Statutes. Cox alleged in its Complaint that Defendants misused the corporate funds and wasted the corporate assets...
