Seven former Jiffy Lube Store Managers (collectively "Plaintiffs") have sued Defendant Heartland Automotive Services, Inc. ("Heartland"), under the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA"). Plaintiffs allege that they have been improperly classified as exempt executives and thus deprived of overtime pay. Heartland now moves for summary judgment, arguing that Plaintiffs were properly classified...
