[¶ 1] The defendants (other than National Beef and hereinafter "defendants") have filed a renewed motion for judgment as a matter of law (Doc. 1035). Defendants correctly point out that, based on the Professor Schroeder formula, Schroeder being the expert witness for plaintiffs, the plaintiffs demanded $38,319,545.00 from all defendants.
