Delores A. Argo was injured when she fell on a flight of stairs at the home of Charles H. Chitwood (now deceased) and Joanna Causey Chitwood. Argo filed a lawsuit against the Chitwoods for personal injury. The Chitwoods moved for summary judgment, which the trial court granted. Argo then filed a motion for reconsideration, which the trial court denied. On appeal, Argo claims the trial court erred in granting summary judgment in favor of the Chitwoods...
