Fortune Partner, Inc. and Pu Cheng Chang (the "plaintiffs") sued Chong Nam Park, Steven Cynn, Sun Hee Chung (the "defendants"), and PCK Vision, Inc. to recover on three promissory notes. Following a bench trial, the trial court found that the defendants had no defense to the $299,113.45 note obligation.
