Plaintiffs claim they suffered disabilitybased discrimination when the Amateur Athletic Union ("AAU") declined to provide an American Sign Language interpreter during plaintiff's participation in an AAU basketball program. They seek relief under both the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101-12213 ("ADA"), and the Minnesota Human Rights Act, Minn.Stat. §§ 363A.01-.41 ("MHRA").
