Now before the Court are the Appeal of the Magistrate Judge's Order (Dkt.# 14) and Motion for Revocation of Release Order and Memorandum in Support (Dkt.# 17) filed by the United States of America. The United States moves to have the magistrate judge's order releasing defendant reversed and a detention hearing held.
