Brandon Brisker filed a dispossessory warrant against Tasha Hopkins and Kevin Chavis, alleging failure to pay rent under a lease agreement. Chavis answered and counterclaimed, asserting that Brisker had misstated the amount of rent due and failed to make requested repairs.
