These six disciplinary matters are before the Court on the Notices of Discipline filed by the State Bar against Respondent Steven H. Ballard in which it alleged that Ballard violated Rules 1.3, 1.4, 1.15(I), 1.15(II), 1.16, 3.2, 4.1, and 8.4(a)(4) of Bar Rule 4-102(d). Ballard acknowledged service of the notices pursuant to Bar Rule 4-203.1(b)(1), but filed his Notice of Rejection outside the 30-day period provided for in Bar Rule 4-208.3. Accordingly...
