Rashad Kirkland was indicted on charges of aggravated assault, attempted sale of cocaine, fleeing or attempting to elude, and reckless driving. A jury acquitted him on the drug charge and found him guilty of the remaining charges. His amended motion for new trial was denied, and he appeals, challenging only his conviction for aggravated assault.
