("KAZ") has sued a former customer, its agents, as well as several of its own former employees and their new businesses on a variety of claims, including copyright infringement and inducement to infringe, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference with contract relationships, conversion, civil conspiracy, and fraud.
