This is a civil action for monetary and declaratory relief in which plaintiff Aaron Kreilkamp alleges violations of his rights under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended by the Civil Rights Act of 1991. 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e(2), 2000e(3).
