Plaintiffs, Ole K. Nilssen and the GEO Foundation, Ltd., bring this action against Defendants, Osram Sylvania, Inc. and Osram Sylvania Products, Inc., for the alleged infringement of several patents. Plaintiffs originally alleged that Defendants infringed twenty-six patents. Subsequently, Plaintiffs withdrew infringement allegations for fifteen of the twenty-six patents.
