INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Jerald Ramlet has sued Defendant E.F. Johnson Company ("E.F.Johnson") alleging that his employment was unlawfully terminated due to his age.1 E.F. Johnson now moves for summary judgment on the grounds that it terminated Ramlet's employment for poor performance and that age was not a factor in that determination.
