In this civil action for monetary relief, plaintiffs Ken Begalke and Sandra Begalke contend that defendants Sterling Truck Corporation and Freightliner, LLC, breached their duties to plaintiffs under Wisconsin law and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 2301-2312, by failing to repair defects in a truck plaintiffs purchased from them.
