The Court commenced a two-day bench trial on plaintiffs claims of negligence under the Jones Act, 46 U.S.C. app. § 688, and unseaworthiness under general maritime law against Cenac Towing on December 4, 2006. This Court has original jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to the Jones Act, 46 U.S.C. app. §§ 688, et seq., and the Court's admiralty jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1333...
