In this land condemnation case, we must decide whether the trial court abused its discretion when it allowed plaintiff's motion for a directed verdict as to defendant's purported expert testimony regarding certain elements of damage related to the value of the real property at issue. Because we conclude that the trial court reasonably determined that the testimony lacked sufficient reliability, we find no abuse of discretion. Accordingly, we reverse...
