The Chapter 13 Trustee filed a motion to deny confirmation of the Second Amended Plan proposed by Debtors Roland and Nancy Gress. The issue is whether the Debtors are proposing to pay into the Plan all of their "projected disposable income to be received in the applicable commitment "period," as required by Section 1325(b) of the Bankruptcy Code.
