Following a jury trial, Elizabeth Ann Shuler was convicted of violating the Georgia Controlled Substances Act1 by possessing methamphetamine. On appeal, she contends that the trial court erred by denying her motion to suppress evidence that police found during a search of her hotel room. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
