This is an appeal from a district court order revoking appellant, Neshara Moore's ("Moore") term of supervised release and sentencing her to 18 months in prison for violating the terms of that release. The controlling issue in this case is whether or not the district court had subject matter jurisdiction over Moore by issuance of a valid summons under 18 U.S.C. § 3583(i).
