Kaye, violated 18 U.S.C. § 2422(b) and 18 U.S.C. § 2423(b) by using the Internet to persuade, induce, or entice an individual whom he believed was a thirteen-year-old boy to engage in a sexual act and by traveling from Maryland to Virginia for a sexual rendezvous with said individual.
