This is a workers' compensation case. The workers' compensation judge held that claimant Dalton Landry suffered an injury during the course and scope of his employment at Furniture Center, but the injury did not cause him to become disabled. The trial court found that Mr. Landry had not met his burden of proof and, therefore, his claim for temporary total benefits was denied.
