A jury found appellant Alvin M. Headspeth guilty of possession of an unregistered firearm (D.C.Code § 7-2502.01 (2001)).1 Mr. Headspeth asserts that the trial court committed plain error in re-instructing and polling the jury, and that the error seriously affected the fairness and integrity of his trial.
