Petitioner appeals from a judgment denying his application for custody and visitation or contact rights pursuant to ORS 109.119(3).1 He contends that the trial court erroneously concluded that, because of certain determinations rendered in the context of a prior hearing pertaining to temporary visitation, petitioner was precluded from presenting evidence regarding the existence of a "child-parent relationship."
