Street appeals from a decision of the Superior Court (Penobscot County, Mead, J.) affirming the decision of the Board of Licensing of Auctioneers in which the Board sanctioned Street for violating two statutory provisions regulating auctions set out in 32 M.R.S.A. §§ 291(1)(B), 298 (Supp.2005).
