The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives ("ATF") executed a reverse-sting operation involving a large quantity of narcotics at a warehouse in Kansas City, Missouri. The reverse sting resulted in the arrest of Henry Ruiz, Carl Chatman, Daniel Ramirez, Joseph Gonzales, Michael Aviles, Kevin Darks, Robert Lopez, and Augustine Aviles.
