OPINION AND ORDER

CRABB, District Judge.

This is a civil rights action brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 by petitioner Robert E. Adsit, an inmate at the New Lisbon Correctional Center in New Lisbon, Wisconsin. In an order dated November 30, 2005, I stayed a decision on petitioner's request for leave to proceed in forma pauperis on his claims that respondents violated his rights under the Eighth Amendment
