This action arises from a Complaint filed by Plaintiff Richard Sandlass ("Sandlass" or "Plaintiff") against Defendant Sears, Roebuck and Co. ("Sears" or ":Defendant"). Plaintiff alleges that he was wrongfully discharged in retaliation For filing a workmen's compensation claim after he was injured in the workplace.
