Oluyemisi Lawson challenges the district court's denial of her motion to suppress evidence obtained from a search of her luggage upon her arrival from an international flight at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport. Because customs officials did not need reasonable suspicion to x-ray her luggage during this "border" search and because they had reasonable suspicion that she possessed narcotics when they drilled a 3/8-inch...
