Harvey Ross appeals his convictions for one count of first-degree murder and one count of attempted first-degree murder, asserting that: (1) The trial court erroneously admitted evidence that Ross fled the state; (2) the trial court erroneously admitted evidence of Ross' gang affiliation; (3) cumulative errors denied him a fair trial; and (4) the sentencing judge erroneously included Ross' criminal history...
