First National Bank of Chicago ("First of Chicago") foreclosed on a mortgage affecting real estate owned in part by Gert Town Enterprises Economic Redevelopment, Inc. ("Gert Town"). An in rem judgment1 in favor of First of Chicago was rendered in the foreclosure suit, and Gert Town is appealing that judgment.
