MEMORANDUM OPINION
TILLEY, Chief Judge.
This case arises out of a dispute between the Defendant Aluminum Company of America ("Alcoa") and sixty-seven African-American Plaintiff's over allegations of racial discrimination at Alcoa's plant in Badin, North Carolina.
