This action arises from the publication of a photograph of the Plaintiff, Tonya Barnhart, in the March 2005 issue of Easyriders, a magazine published by Defendant Paisano Publications. Ms. Barnhart appears partially nude in the photograph. As a result of its publication, she asserts several claims for invasion of privacy against the Defendant.
