Defendant, codefendant Anthony Wynn and codefendant Jaime Bobb were in Bobb's apartment when police officers executed a no-knock search warrant. The officers found crack cocaine in Bobb's pants pocket and Wynn's underwear. A box in Bobb's bedroom closet contained crack cocaine, marihuana and a digital scale.
