On October 20, 2003, Raymond Patrick Cudworth (Testator) executed a will naming his only child, Heather Bailey, as executrix and primary beneficiary. He was diagnosed with lung cancer and, on June 18, 2004 after suffering a stroke, with terminal brain cancer.
