Schneider granting the motion for summary judgment of the appellee Peninsula Bank ("Peninsula") and denying the appellant-debtor Elwood Dean French ("French") a discharge in bankruptcy. Judge Schneider found that French had failed to maintain financial records and that he was therefore not entitled to a discharge...
