[¶ 1] The Office of Administrative Hearings determined that Michael E. Berg qualified for workers' compensation benefits because he had suffered a compensable work-related injury when his co-worker's vehicle, in which he was a passenger, was involved in an accident while traveling from the worksite to lodging provided by the employer.
