Following a two-week trial, the jury returned a verdict on June 10, 2004, for Plaintiffs Danielle Lyles ("Lyles"), Gloria Gadson ("Gadson"), and Paulino Bonds ("Bonds") (collectively "Plaintiffs") in a consolidated action against Defendant Flagship Development Corporation ("Flagship"). The jury found that Flagship violated the Employee Polygraph Protection Act of 1988 ("EPPA") in asking Plaintiffs to take polygraph...
