This matter arises from a suit filed by the purchasers of a mobile home against the seller and manufacturer. Plaintiffs allege contract, tort and redhibition damages. Defendants filed a dilatory exception of prematurity on the basis of plaintiff's failure to submit to alternative dispute resolution pursuant to an agreement signed at the time of purchase.
