OPINION GRANTING MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

DAVIDSON, Chief Judge.

Presently before the Court is the Defendant's motion for summary judgment. Upon due consideration, the Court finds that the motion should be granted.

A. Factual Background

The Plaintiff was employed with the Defendant Tennessee Valley Authority ("TVA") as an electrician. On April 1, 2003, the Plaintiff's employment was terminated.
