MEMORANDUM
DIAMOND, District Judge.
Plaintiff, Joseph M. Brown, alleges that Defendants Ronald Knepp and Centre Township wrongly suspended and terminated him as the Township's Chief of Police. Brown earlier brought a state court action in which the parties have raised many of the same issues raised here respecting the due process and statutory rights of public employees. Both sides agree that I should abstain pending resolution of the state case....
